Relax, restore, and reconnect during a gentle 60-minute sound bath designed for people living with and beyond cancer. Experience soothing vibrations and guided relaxation in a friendly and supportive environment. You are welcome to attend with one relative, friend, or carer to provide additional support.
These sessions are gentle, non-strenuous, and suitable for all abilities, offering space to rest, breathe, and recharge. A few minutes after the session are set aside for chat and connection.
