Here at Marches Movement we are rooted in the rhythms of the seasons. We have parred back our winter timetable and included more opportunities for deep rest and early finishes. See below for descriptions + links at a glance or visit the bookings page and click 'Read More' to find out more in depth about each session.

Beginner friendly options include gentle yoga, yin, chair yoga and yoga to support mental health. 

 Tuesdays 


🌸 5:15-6:15pm Gentle Yoga
A mat based, gentle class ideal for beginners or those wanting a slower pace. Slow movement, breath, relaxation.
Book: Drop in

🕯 6:30-7:30pm Candlelit Yin Yoga
Meditative, slow, deep stretches to unravel tension in body + mind. A deep exhale. 
Book: Drop in
 
Wednesdays 

 
🌞 9:15-10:15am Morning Magic Yoga
Ease into the day with a gradually building class combining movement, breath, grounding and centering for the day ahead. Booking: Redeemable with a 10 class pass // Drop in.

✨ 6:30-7:30pm Slow Flow 

A mat based, steady flowing class linking breath and movement. More of a vinyasa style class with various options to lovingly expand your flexibility and strength through fluid movement.

Booking: Available in term format // Redeemable with a 10 class pass // Drop in.

🌓 7:30-9pm fortnightly, Women's Lunar Circle

A space for women to gather around the new and full moon to rest, share and connect with like minded folk.

Booking: Either as a whole container or drop in, not redeemable with class pass.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Thursdays 

🧠 5:15-6:15pm Yoga to Support Mental Health 

A mat based, gentle session where we practice a familiar routine each week combining movement + breath. 

Booking: This class is fully subsidised through our CIC + free to book, cash donations are welcome.

🍂 6:30-7:30pm Seasonal Rest: Yin Yoga 

Slow, introspective, mainly lying and seated poses to hydrate the fascia + improve flexibility. Dreamy!

Booking: Available in term format, £48 for 6 weeks // Redeemable with a 10 class pass // Drop in

Fridays 

🌞 9:15-10:15am Morning Magic Yoga

Ease into the day with a gradually building class combining movement, breath, grounding and centering for the day ahead. Booking: Redeemable with a 10 class pass // Drop in.

🪑 10:30-11:30am Chair Yoga 

A seated yoga practice to build strength and flexibility in both body and mind. 

Booking: This class is fully subsidised through our CIC + free to book, cash donations are welcome.

Saturdays 

🌞 8-9am Morning Magic Yoga

🌳 Inclusivity + Accessibility 🌳

At Marches Movement, we are committed to creating a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels safe, respected, and supported. We believe that yoga, movement, and holistic community practices should be accessible to all, regardless of ability, background, or experience.

🌳 Physical Access
Our studio is located in Ludlow town centre at: Unit 2, SY8 Studios, Gravel Hill, Ludlow SY8 1FP

  • Entry: The studio entrance is accessible via two flights of stairs.

  • Parking: There is limited free parking available onsite and street parking options nearby.

  • Toilets: There is a toilet attached to the studio.
    If you have any specific mobility or sensory needs, please contact us in advance via email to discuss (marchesmovement@gmail.com) and we’ll do our best to support you.

 

🌳 Adaptive Practice
Most classes are beginner-friendly and our teachers offer multiple variations for each posture. Props and chairs are available to support different needs. You are always encouraged to listen to your body, rest, or adapt practices in a way that feels right for you. Consent cards are shared in classes to indicate whether you would like physical adjustments. Pregnancy - please note that we are not currently able to cater to pregnant folk as non of our team are trained in prenatal yoga. We're looking to find someone to add prenatal classes hopefully from late autumn. 

🌳 Financial Access
We currently offer sliding scale pricing for events and circles, and two fully subsidized classes a week through our Community Interest Company. We are working on applying for funding to provide more concessions, and funded places for those in financial hardship. No one should feel excluded due to cost ~ please reach out to discuss options confidentially.

🌳 Inclusive Language & Culture
We welcome people of all genders, sexual orientations, ages, races, faiths, and backgrounds. Our community ethos is rooted in consent, respect, and kindness.While we currently only offer closed women's circles we are looking at creating spaces for men and non gendered folk too.

🌳 Mental Health & Neurodiversity
We understand some participants may experience anxiety, PTSD, or sensory sensitivities.

You’re welcome to:

  • Arrive early to get comfortable.

  • Choose where you sit and step out at any time if needed.

  • Speak privately with the facilitator before class about any support you’d like.
