Take some time out for yourself and embrace some relaxation with this soothing sound bath session. Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state, beginning with some simple grounding + awareness of the breath and then using a combination of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments to guide you on a relaxing sound experience.
