About the event
Take some time out for yourself with this sound bath session including a drum journey to meet your spirit guides.
Get comfortable and lay (or sit) back as Marie guides you into a deeply restful state, beginning with some simple grounding + awareness of the breath and then using a combination of Himalayan singing bowls and other instruments to guide you on a relaxing sound experience. An extended drum journey will take you on a deeper exploration into different realms to potentially connect with spirit animals or guides.
