Service Description
As the seasons turn and the light begins to fade, we’re invited to slow down, release what we no longer need, and turn gently inward. This 6 week Yin Yoga journey offers a space to honour that transition, from the golden energy of autumn to the quiet depth of winter. Each week, we’ll explore stillness through long-held, floor-based poses that support the body’s meridian lines connected to the lungs, large intestine, kidneys and bladder ~ the energetic pathways of letting go, rest, and renewal connected with the elements of metal and water. With gentle guidance, breath awareness, and seasonal themes, we’ll nourish joints and fascia while cultivating emotional spaciousness and inner warmth. Through long-held yin postures, breath awareness + stillness, these sessions will will help you: ✨ Hydrate fascia, open joints, and release stored tension in the body. ✨ Support + strengthen the Lung meridian (boosting immunity, breath, and vitality). ✨ Balance the Large Intestine meridian (healthy digestion, detoxification, and emotional release). ✨ Cultivate the energy of letting go, both physically and emotionally. ✨ Encourage deep rest, reflection, and a stronger connection to self. Each week, you’ll be guided through a grounding practice that blends the wisdom of the season, yin yoga postures, and reflective themes to help you feel calm, balanced, and aligned as we move deeper into autumn. Bolsters, blocks and blankets will be provided to help you settle into the poses and truly relax. These sessions can be block booked as a term (6 weeks, £48) or booked as a weekly session - £10 drop in or by redeeming a session from your class pass. FAQ ~Do I need experience? No yoga or Yin yoga experience is required. This is a very slow style of yoga and great for beginners with plenty of time to ask questions if needed/receive extra support. ~Do I need to be flexible? No - this is the best style of yoga to help cultivate your flexibility with long holds that gently stress + hydrate the fascia, the deep connective tissue.

Cancellation Policy
General Booking Policy – Drop-In Classes Advance Booking: Drop-in spaces are subject to availability and must be booked online or in-studio before class. Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before class start time can be rebooked to another session or credited to your account. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if the studio cancels a class. Late Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Entry may not be permitted once the class has started, for safety and respect of other students. Transfers: Bookings are not transferable to another person without prior approval from the studio.
