Service Description
A slower paced, gentle class that's a great starting point for beginners, this sessions combines mindful movement, breath work and relaxation. This class is available to book as a term (£48 for 6 weeks) or as a drop in here below (£10 drop in or redeem a pass from your class pass). Benefits + Accessible for all levels – ideal for beginners, older adults, those recovering from injury or people who simply wish for a slower more relaxed pace. + Reduces stress + promotes relaxation – slower movements and mindful breathing help calm the nervous system. + Improves flexibility and mobility – gentle stretches safely release tension in muscles and joints. + Enhances body awareness – encourages mindful connection to how your body feels in each pose. +Supports better posture and alignment – gentle movements can ease tightness and improve overall posture. + Boosts circulation and energy – soft, flowing sequences improve blood flow without strain. + Encourages mindful breathing – deepens the breath, helping with emotional regulation and grounding. + Promotes better sleep – Relaxation techniques prepare the body for deeper, more restful sleep. FAQ ~ Do I need any yoga experience? No, you are welcome to join, this is a great option for beginners with a slower pace, modifications for every body and time to ask questions if needed. ~ What style of yoga is this? A Hatha/slow Vinyasa blend. ~ Do I need to sit on the floor? Sitting on the floor is usually included in the sessions, with props provided to help make you comfy. A chair could be used as a prop if necessary. If you aren't comfortable with getting up and down from the floor using the chair then the chair yoga session may better suit your needs. Cancellation Policy
General Booking Policy – Drop-In Classes Advance Booking: Drop-in spaces are subject to availability and must be booked online or in-studio before class. Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before class start time can be rebooked to another session or credited to your account. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if the studio cancels a class. Late Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Entry may not be permitted once the class has started, for safety and respect of other students. Transfers: Bookings are not transferable to another person without prior approval from the studio.
