Service Description

Slow flow sessions combine a mixture of mindful movement, breath and relaxation. Including moments of both stillness and fluidity, the breath links movements together to help create more space in body and mind. Sessions are open to all levels of experience with modifications offered to all practitioners. Monday evening sessions will be led by Katherine, Wednesday evening sessions by Marie and Saturday morning sessions with Dani. FAQ ~ Do I need to be experienced? No, this class is open to all levels of experience. If you are a complete beginner and find that it is too fast paced you may want to try the gentle yoga class or the Yin classes (which are a different style of yoga which are slower and potentially more accessible). ~ How mobile do I need to be? Being able to get up and down from the floor easily will be beneficial for this class. If this is a challenge the chair yoga classes may be a better fit. ~ Do I need to sit on the floor? Sitting on the floor will usually form at least part of the classes - props (blocks and bolsters) will be provided and different options to try and make this as accessible as possible. Cancellation Policy

General Booking Policy – Drop-In Classes Advance Booking: Drop-in spaces are subject to availability and must be booked online or in-studio before class. Full payment is required to confirm your spot. Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations made 24 hours or more before class start time can be rebooked to another session or credited to your account. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Refunds are only issued if the studio cancels a class. Late Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Entry may not be permitted once the class has started, for safety and respect of other students. Transfers: Bookings are not transferable to another person without prior approval from the studio.
