Service Description
*Term booking for 6 weeks for our meditation class* at a reduced rate when committing to the whole container - £48 for 6 weeks. Join our meditation class to cultivate a window of calm in your week. Each session we explore different ways in to a meditative state, usually seated. Using different tools like focus on the breath, body and visualisations you'll begin to experience a meditative state and how to access this in the rest of your week, too. Absolutely no previous experience is required - come give it a whirl and see how you feel afterwards as a result... FAQ + Do I need experience? You do not need any previous meditation experience. + Do I have to be able to sit cross legged on the floor? No! We will provide bolsters + blocks for you to find a comfy seat, you're welcome to bring your own meditation cushion/props, using the wall to lean against or a chair is also an option. + Do I have to be still for the whole hour? Although we are aiming to still the body so that the mind follows suit, you are of course welcome to stretch your legs, move etc as needed. + I find it really hard to quieten my mind/have struggled to meditate when I've tried before. Can I still join? Absolutely. The goal of meditation isn't to 'empty the mind'...more like create more awareness of our thoughts and space between thoughts and reaction. It can take a long time to reach this state, and how we feel changes every day this is why we practice consistently! + I can't join the term, can I still join the sessions after the opening week? Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable term bookings: When you book a course or term of classes, your place is reserved for the full duration of that term. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable once payment has been made. Clear notice: Please ensure you can commit to the dates before booking. By confirming your booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy. Missed sessions: We cannot offer refunds, credits, or make-up sessions for missed classes. Studio cancellations: If we have to cancel a class or the entire term for any reason, we will offer you either a full refund for the affected session(s) or a credit towards a future class or term. Consumer rights: Your statutory rights remain unaffected. If you book online and the term has not yet started, you have a 14-day cooling-off period in which you may cancel for a full refund. By attending or allowing the term to begin within that period, you waive this right.
